The software package allows you to conduct fully automated transformer heating, vacuuming and oil filling process with minimal user interaction. An attractive, user-friendly interface combines many options that give the system additional power and versatility.

• Allowing password protection with multiple users of different security access levels to your software.

• Performing hardware diagnostic tests and hardware communication tests on the system’s components.

• Performing suitable automatic hardware setup.

• Allowing some key fields, that the software uses throughout the process and while interacting with hardware, to be user configurable.

• Producing alarms in case of fault.

• Showing occurring errors list and storing errors in log file.

• Providing simple interface with visual indicators and controls.

• Allowing automated identification of transformers through barcode scanning.

The software also provides further safety features in addition to those provided by the system hardware.

• Software monitors the time during heating at the three stations in a chamber. If time is exceeded for any station, the software turns off the respective Pacific power supply.

• Software monitors the current at the phases of the transformers during heating, as well as the currents of the capacitor banks at the three stations in a chamber. If current for a transformer or capacitor bank is exceeded for any station, the software turns off the respective Pacific power supply.

• Software monitors the temperature of the three transformers at each station in a chamber. If temperature exceeds the required for a station, software ramps down the respective Pacific power supply to a specified % of settings and holds still until the other transformers reach the required temperature.
